Job Summary
Leading a dynamic Accounting Operations team, the full-time remote Accounting Operations Manager will oversee intercompany accounting, banking operations, and balance sheet reconciliations while driving standardization and continuous improvement across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Ensure balance sheet integrity by overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedules
- Develop and strengthen accounting policies and procedures to support audit readiness and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including intercompany accounting and financial reporting
- 3+ years of leadership experience in accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close activities
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
