Accounting Shared Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of accounting specialists, the full-time Accounting Shared Services Manager will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of accounts payable and receivable specialists, setting clear goals and providing coaching
• Oversee payment runs and monitor performance against operational KPIs to achieve working capital targets
• Lead month-end close activities and coordinate support for financial statement audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, including 3+ years in a management role
• Proven experience managing high-volume accounts payable and receivable processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Sage X3 is a plus
