Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day execution of financial tasks, the full-time remote Accounting Specialist will manage transaction coding, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reconciliations while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transaction coding, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
• Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure receipt compliance
• Provide recurring financial reporting to support the Finance team

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or staff accounting experience
• Hands-on ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable in a live environment
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and month-end close
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• US-based and available full-time without outside work commitments
