Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the part-time Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day transaction flow, including creator payments, sales orders, and general ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process creator payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approvals
• Approve sales orders and flag discrepancies to relevant teams before booking
• Record journal entries and support month-end close deliverables in the general ledger

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or payments operations
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting and revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience with high-volume payment runs and payment platforms like PayPal
• Ability to work consistently on Pacific Time hours
• Clear written communication skills with US-based teams
