Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary
Supporting the CFO and Director of Accounting, the full-time Accounting Supervisor will oversee the month-end close cycle, manage a team of accountants, and develop financial processes while working in a hybrid environment across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end close cycle, ensuring timely journal entry preparation and reporting
- Manage and develop a team of staff accountants, setting performance expectations and conducting reviews
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience
- At least 2 years of experience directly managing a team
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software; Sage Intacct experience is a plus
- CPA designation is preferred
