To support the development of AI in finance, the freelance Finance & Accounting Task Author will create realistic accounting scenarios and scoring rubrics while working remotely on a flexible contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts focused on accounting reconciliation and analysis
• Write scoring rubrics that detail numerical outcomes and reasoning steps
• Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting data complexity and ambiguity in source documents

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an accountant, finance analyst, or in a closely related role
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to solve multi-step reconciliation problems
• Solid knowledge of revenue recognition principles and standard accounting workflows
• Ability to define verifiable correctness criteria for financial tasks
• Strong written English skills for effective task authoring
