Accounting Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Accounting Team Lead will manage accrual accounting for loan-related income and expenses, ensure timely financial reporting, and determine accounting treatments for new transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare FAS 91 working papers and account for deferred income and expenses
- Reconcile loan collections with bank activity and oversee related accounting entries
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks
Required Qualifications
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Accounting or Intermediate Chartered Accountancy (Inter-CA)
- 5-10 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in financial reporting and accounting processes
- Proven experience leading or supervising accounting team members
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time
