Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing daily payment reconciliation and processing, the full-time Accounts Payable Analyst will ensure accurate disbursements, compliance with policies, and support for banking operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform daily verification, reconciliation, and processing for all payment methods, including checks and EFTs
• Review and manage daily Positive Pay exceptions in adherence to bank deadlines
• Act as the primary liaison between Accounts Payable and Corporate Treasury for banking matters

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience with knowledge of AP controls and large ERP systems
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
