Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Executing timely accounts payable processes, the full-time Accounts Payable Analyst will verify invoices, resolve operational issues, and process Travel & Expense claims while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensuring compliance with KPIs and company policies
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors to develop professional relationships and resolve operational issues
• Support the preparation of analytic reports and participate in internal/external audits

Required qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in industry or shared services
• Knowledge of SAP is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is a plus
