Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, the fixed-term Accounts Payable Analyst will ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations while supporting the Finance Operations team for North America and Latin America in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and employee expense reimbursements in the procurement system Coupa
• Handle regular payments, intercompany payments, tax payments, and payroll/benefits payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience in financial activities of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of financial transactions in a globally distributed company
• Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
