Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle accounts payable operations, the full-time Accounts Payable Analyst will ensure accurate vendor payments, process invoices, and manage expense reporting while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-cycle AP operations, including invoice intake, distribution, and entry
• Prepare and process payment runs (ACH, wire, check) for timely disbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging reports, preparing management reporting

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint required; SAP Ariba preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
