To ensure accurate and compliant payments to carriers, the full-time Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the carrier payables function, manage team performance, and drive process improvements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the carrier payables function, ensuring service levels, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop supervisors and senior individual contributors to optimize team performance
- Utilize analytics and AI tools to monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in premium accounting, accounts payable, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of insurance fiduciary operations and controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and managed-service delivery across geographies
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, APA/AAP, or insurance designations) preferred
