Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large Accounts Payable team, setting priorities and performance expectations
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payment processing
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience leading Accounts Payable or finance operations in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage teams and develop leadership capabilities among supervisors
• Strong knowledge of payment workflows, reconciliations, and operational risk management
• Experience driving process improvements and managing complex business challenges
