Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the accounts payable team in a hybrid remote work environment, the full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage invoice processing, ensure compliance with company policies, and enhance supplier adoption of digital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise onshore and offshore Accounts Payable Specialists and Analysts
• Develop and maintain Accounts Payable KPI dashboards to measure team performance and processing efficiency
• Analyze Accounts Payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in accounting preferred
• 6+ years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume corporate environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience with KPI reporting and management dashboards in a transactional environment preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including data analysis and reporting automation
