Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Summary
Owning critical Accounts Receivable processes, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations to enhance cash flow and financial accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and account issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting roles
- Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, and account reconciliation
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting is preferred
