Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage customer accounts, drive collections activities, and reconcile account balances in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile assigned customer accounts while maintaining accurate records
• Review aging reports to identify collection opportunities and resolve payment issues
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies related to invoices and payments

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance function
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with account reconciliation and payment resolution processes
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
