Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing a specialized portfolio, the full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst will resolve account issues, improve cash flow, and enhance customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect cash for open accounts receivable and follow up with customers until payment resolution is achieved
• Research and reconcile accounts receivable issues, resolving billing discrepancies promptly
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline or automate repetitive work

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in accounts receivable, accounting, finance operations, or a similar support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and filters
• Experience using or learning ERP or accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with accounts receivable aging, cash application, and reconciliation best practices
