Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the collection side of the Accounts Receivables process, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Manager will manage a team of collection specialists, implement process improvements, and perform analysis and reporting of the accounts receivables portfolio while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to collection processes and procedures
• Lead and manage a team of collection specialists, ensuring timely resolution of past due accounts
• Perform accounting analysis and reporting related to accounts receivable and cash transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables/Collections, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management
• ERP system experience, preferably with SAP
