Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

To ensure timely collections and enhance customer service, the full-time remote Manager, Accounts Receivable - RCM will oversee the RCM Insurance Denials team, manage escalated accounts receivable issues, and provide leadership to the A/R department while collaborating with other RCM leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated accounts receivable issues and ensure timely collection processes
• Oversee staffing levels and conduct performance evaluations for A/R department associates
• Analyze trends in payer accounts receivable and implement process improvements to reduce denials

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in medical billing or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of medical accounts receivable management experience
• 2 years of experience supervising or leading a team
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite
