Accounts Receivable Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading contract revenue and accounts receivable operations, the full-time Accounts Receivable Operations Manager will manage billing, collections, and cash application activities remotely to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, contract revenue, pharmacy rebates, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application processes
• Ensure accurate invoicing and accounts receivable records reflecting contract terms and pricing
• Prepare and analyze revenue, billing, AR, collections, and aging reports for management review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably related to contract revenue
• Strong knowledge of service and/or rebate contracts, billing, cash application, and collections
• Healthcare and/or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
