Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Process and apply customer payments accurately in the accounting system

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
