Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist the accounting department with cash receipts and client invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and contact delinquent accountholders
- Reconcile customer accounts and prepare high-volume daily cash receipts
- Handle international collections and apply foreign exchange rates accurately
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of business-to-business collections experience
- Experience with international collections and foreign currency transactions
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Must be able to work business hours in the Eastern Time Zone
