Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage follow-up on unpaid claims and reimbursement appeals
• Research and process billing errors, ensuring timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate account documentation and assist with daily AR team workload

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate medical collections role
• Knowledge of patient accounting processes and healthcare terminology preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
