Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the order-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable & Revenue Specialist will manage sales order processing, billing, collections, and revenue recognition while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate financial operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Support billing and revenue-related activities in accordance with GAAP revenue recognition requirements
- Process sales orders and contracts, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
- Monitor customer aging and assist in collection activities, including dispute resolution and customer outreach
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting or related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Experience with SaaSOptics, Salesforce, and QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue is preferred
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
