Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the order-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable & Revenue Specialist will manage sales order processing, billing, accounts receivable, and collections while ensuring compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Support billing and revenue-related activities in accordance with company policies and GAAP requirements
- Review contracts for new business and process associated revenue and invoices
- Monitor customer aging and assist with collection activities, including outreach and dispute resolution
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting or related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Experience with SaaSOptics, Salesforce, and QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue is beneficial
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
