Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Experienced Accounts Receivable Specialists will find a remote full-time opportunity focused on managing customer collections, resolving billing disputes, and providing analysis and reporting on Accounts Receivable while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform customer collection procedures on outstanding receivables and manage dunning reminders
• Monitor the Accounts Receivable Aging report to assist in ensuring timely collections
• Resolve billing disputes and issues while collaborating with customers and partners to ensure accurate cash receipt accounting

Required qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, preferably in collections
• Experience working with a multinational company, ideally in a public company environment (SOX)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on automation and process improvement
