Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure prompt payment and accurate claims processing, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will review claims, pursue full contractual reimbursement, and resolve accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue full contractual reimbursement and obtain claim status via phone or internet
• Resolve accounts quickly, conducting research and follow-ups with patients and insurance carriers
• Timely follow-up on denials and appeals while meeting productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in full-cycle medical billing or relevant schooling
