Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing revenue cycle team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage dental claims processing, payment posting, and follow-up activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Process dental claims for payment and ensure timely coding, billing, and collections
• Perform manual and electronic posting functions, including cash balancing and reconciliation of bank deposits
• Research and resolve claims that have been rejected or denied by insurance, ensuring accurate documentation of collection activities

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of dental or medical experience
• Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions
• Experience with practice management software and insurance portals
• Strong computer literacy and excellent math skills
