Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

To assist through a period of transition involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up, the contract-to-hire Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage billing and cash application processes while working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of the billing and cash application process for assigned areas
• Processing a high volume of weekly invoices for proper GL coding and cash receipts
• Performing other AR duties as necessary, including following up on outstanding invoices for collections

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive AR experience
• 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
• 1+ years of recent experience working in a fully remote, high-volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare provider or services industry, or within a complex software/technology environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
