Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification

Job Summary

Acting as an expert advisor in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage complex Accounts Receivable and Collections services for mid to large-market customers, focusing on billing inquiries, account reconciliation, and cash application.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries, resolving complex issues for internal and external partners
• Perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and customer research
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with account teams to provide recommendations for billing and receivables strategies

Required qualifications:

• Two to four years of experience in Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred
• One year of experience in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SAP preferred
