Accounts Receivables Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Accounts Receivables Analyst will manage financial transactions, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution while collaborating with Account Managers to ensure accurate application of payments.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with Account Managers for payment identification and facilitate accurate application to accounts
• Monitor and manage aged receivables, taking proactive steps to resolve outstanding issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial analysis role
• Insurance accounting experience required
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
