Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards, the full-time remote Accreditation Compliance Consultant will support and maintain accreditation programs, ensuring compliance through reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultation, guidance, and training on accreditation standards and compliance requirements to various stakeholders
- Evaluate organizational practices against accreditation standards and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage the Quality Management Program and perform accreditation audits to ensure compliance and recommend corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in accreditation, compliance, or quality management
- Experience with accreditation programs such as URAC and NCQA
- Proven ability to interpret accreditation standards and lead readiness and compliance activities
- Commitment to supporting compliance program objectives and fostering cooperative interactions with colleagues
