Job Summary

To support a proactive continuous survey readiness program, the full-time Accreditation Specialist will assist with planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation to enhance patient, visitor, and employee safety, with remote work options available.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of the continuous survey readiness program
  • Evaluate and document compliance with The Joint Commission Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Apply quality management and performance improvement strategies to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years' accreditation experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards and regulatory compliance issues
  • Experience in quality management and customer service approaches
