Job Summary
To support a proactive continuous survey readiness program, the full-time Accreditation Specialist will assist with planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation to enhance patient, visitor, and employee safety, with remote work options available.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of the continuous survey readiness program
- Evaluate and document compliance with The Joint Commission Standards and regulatory requirements
- Apply quality management and performance improvement strategies to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' accreditation experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards and regulatory compliance issues
- Experience in quality management and customer service approaches
