ACH Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategic and day-to-day operations in the ACH area, the full-time ACH Operations Manager will ensure optimal processing, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement while working remotely within the Fulton Bank footprint and being available for onsite duties in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct operations of support functions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in customer support, operations, risk, and compliance
- Develop and implement the overall operational strategy, evaluating workflows and identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to enhance customer experience and support company growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field
- 10 or more years of supervisory experience in Bank Operations
- 5 or more years of experience in ACH Processing
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification is preferred
