ACH Program Director
Job Summary
To oversee the ACH Origination Program, the full-time remote ACH Program Director will manage merchant account activities, monitor ACH transactions for compliance, and conduct audits while ensuring adherence to financial risk guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage oversight of the ACH Origination Program and support operational functions
- Monitor ACH activity for merchant portfolios and provide detailed performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and recommend actions based on findings
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in ACH Merchant Risk Program management
- Experience with high-risk payment processing and analyzing high-risk vertical spreads
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- Willingness to obtain AAP, APRP, or similar certification
