ACH Risk Management Director
Job Summary
Managing the oversight of the ACH Origination Program, the full-time remote ACH Risk Management Director will identify, investigate, and mitigate financial risks associated with merchant accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor ACH activity for merchant portfolios, providing detailed analysis of performance and abnormalities
- Conduct internal and external audits, addressing recommendations and findings related to ACH compliance
- Develop and perform ACH training programs companywide to enhance understanding of compliance and risk management
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in ACH Merchant Risk Program management, including audits and compliance
- Experience with high-risk payment processing and analyzing high-risk verticals
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Willingness to obtain AAP, APRP, or similar certification, with sponsorship available
