Job Summary

Experienced performance marketers will find a full-time remote Acquisition Marketing Lead opportunity focused on managing client accounts, optimizing Meta advertising campaigns, and developing direct-response copy and creative strategies for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts, leading strategy conversations and managing performance metrics
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking while diagnosing underperforming campaigns
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts, collaborating with creative teams to enhance messaging and performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead strategic conversations
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including experience with ad copy and scripts
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Demonstrated success in managing campaigns toward defined performance targets
