Job Summary
Managing the onboarding process for large and strategically important customers, the full-time remote Activation Consultant will ensure successful product setup, configuration, and user training while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, focusing on low-complexity implementations
- Configure the OnBoard platform according to customer requirements and deliver training to users
- Own onboarding project plans and manage multiple concurrent engagements to ensure quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholders
- Experience supporting customers through structured onboarding processes in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar)
