Job Summary
To support quality assurance in AI-driven commercial insurance processes, the remote Senior Production Insurance AI Evaluation Specialist will conduct expert audits of AI outputs against source records, ensuring policy accuracy and refining machine learning models.
Key responsibilities
- Review and audit submissions and AI extractions, verifying accuracy against target schemas and identifying discrepancies
- Flag ambiguous cases for escalation and aggregate extraction errors into structured weekly workbooks for calibration sessions
- Maintain productivity standards by consistently delivering verified weekly workbooks while adhering to established SLAs
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer / Agent License in good standing
- 5+ years of recent operational experience in commercial insurance brokerage, agency, MGA, or carrier operations
- Proven ability to analyze complex agency email threads and multi-line carrier quotes
- Exceptional visual rigor in comparing unstructured documents against extraction workbooks
- Practical experience using agency management systems such as Applied Epic or EZLynx
