Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of accounts, the full-time ActiveDisclosure Associate Architect will manage client inquiries, facilitate service delivery, and ensure customer platform success while collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring customer platform success and addressing inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage service delivery effectively
• Monitor client engagement and adoption trends to identify risks and growth opportunities, performing outreach as needed
