Job Summary
Leading high-impact initiatives, the full-time Actuarial AI Transformation Consulting Director will drive the application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics in actuarial functions, consulting on AI-enabled capabilities and influencing business strategies while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled actuarial solutions to enhance decision-making and financial outcomes
- Develop and promote new capabilities within the actuarial organization, serving as a thought leader in AI and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with senior management to execute the Actuarial AI Strategy and monitor emerging AI capabilities and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- A minimum of ten years of related work experience
- Fellowship accreditation (FCAS) is required
- Demonstrated experience with advanced analytics and AI applications in business contexts
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes through data-driven decision making
