Job Summary
As a full-time remote Actuarial Analyst, the candidate will analyze healthcare data, build actuarial models to support business initiatives, and collaborate with various departments to derive actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Retrieve, summarize, and analyze financial and healthcare data
- Build actuarial models and develop financial projections to support strategic decisions
- Support analysis related to quality improvement, clinical program evaluation, and population health
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 0-5 years of relevant work experience
- Completion of 1+ actuarial exams preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, along with proficiency in spreadsheets and database software
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products
