Actuarial Assistant
Job Summary
To support a growing actuarial team, the full-time Actuarial Assistant will analyze financial data, generate and verify information using actuarial concepts, and provide updates to clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial and non-financial data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Generate and verify data using actuarial and mathematical concepts
- Conduct special analytical projects related to product management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a completed actuarial internship or relevant experience
- Successful completion of Exam P and one other Society of Actuaries exam, with a commitment to attaining FSA
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of actuarial science, economics, statistics, or mathematics
- Familiarity with actuarial software and programming languages such as VBA, SQL, SAS, R, C++, and Java
