Actuarial Associate I
Job Summary
To support financial reporting and product development, the full-time remote Actuarial Associate I will run the monthly fixed indexed annuity valuation model, implement model enhancements, and conduct in-depth analyses for business insights.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with product development, financial reporting, and actuarial research
- Prepare reports and maintain actuarial software, spreadsheets, and databases
- Commit to self-development by attaining industry knowledge and passing actuarial exams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong quantitative background
- 1 to 3 years of annuity-related actuarial experience
- Completion of 1 to 3 actuarial exams
- Basic understanding of annuity products
- Preferred experience with Python, SQL/Snowflake, or other actuarial modeling software
