Actuarial Manager, Tools & Models
Job Summary
Managing core actuarial models and tools for reserving and forecasting claims, the full-time Actuarial Manager, Tools & Models will oversee data quality, enhance Medical Margin Models, and support the annual budget process in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools for claims forecasting
- Monitor data quality and drive enhancements to Medical Margin Models
- Support the design and build-out of actuarial models for the ACO LEAD program
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of actuarial experience (8+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership through project ownership and mentoring
- ASA or FSA designation required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
