Actuary Specialist, Ohio Licensed
Job Summary
To support asset modeling development and execution in Moody's AXIS or MG-ALFA, the full-time salaried Actuary Specialist, Ohio Licensed will manage complex asset types, assist in valuation and forecasting, and mentor team members in a collaborative remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance asset data processes for efficient modeling and analysis
- Translate strategic priorities into operational results by aligning communication and processes
- Implement complex asset types and investment strategies while executing annual asset adequacy tests
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Moody's AXIS and/or MG-ALFA modeling skills
- Basic understanding of various investment asset types
- Experience with at least one programming language for quantitative analysis (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, SQL)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
