Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time remote Acute Claim Biller will manage claims processing for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics, focusing on patient billing, collections, and third-party payer relations.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate business office functions, including patient billing and collections
• Implement controls for billing accuracy and follow-up on third-party approvals
• Assist in managing team performance through coaching and training

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience for Acute Hospital and Physician claims
• Experience with claims and denial work queues
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks E.M.R. is required
• Familiarity with Commercial, Workers Comp, and VA claims is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
