ADA Unit Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team in the management of ADA and PWFA accommodation claims, the full-time ADA Unit Leader will ensure accurate and timely processing while providing clear communication and a high-quality customer experience in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources for success
• Articulate the vision of success and how individual roles contribute to team and organizational goals
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, addressing gaps and ensuring compliance with mandatory training

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in claims management or customer service roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in facilitating team meetings and managing inventory effectively
• Knowledge of ADA and PWFA accommodation processes and relevant regulations
