Adjunct Biology Professor

Job Summary

To provide high-quality instruction in an online learning environment, the part-time Adjunct Biology Professor will develop and deliver engaging coursework for the Master of Science in Biomedical Science program, focusing on key areas such as cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry, while supporting student learning and contributing to curriculum development.

Key responsibilities:

• Teach foundational courses in biomedical science and guide students in developing research questions and scholarly products
• Deliver online instruction using the Canvas Learning Management System, creating and maintaining course materials and assessments
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, fostering an engaging online learning environment

Required qualifications:

• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant subject
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools used in online education
• Ability to work independently in a remote instructional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
