Job Summary
To support online students in their pursuit of master's degrees in Conflict Management and Resolution, the part-time Adjunct Faculty - Conflict Management will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate discussions, and participate in curriculum development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide rich and timely feedback on student work and facilitate class discussions for approximately 16 students
- Conduct periodic synchronous interaction sessions and grade assignments in a timely manner
- Collaborate with program faculty to plan, develop, and implement program curriculum improvements
Required qualifications
- Terminal degree from an accredited institution in conflict resolution or related fields
- A minimum of three years of post-doctoral teaching experience in higher education, preferred
- Quality research completed in the last ten years, such as publications or conference presentations, preferred
- Experience with online instruction preferred
- Proficient in APA style and computer literate in software and internet-based applications
